The files received so far are enough for us to begin the preliminary review. Please include the asset purchase register because those equipment purchases may need to be classified separately. I have marked the bank statements and sales invoices as received in the Task checklist.
You can reply to this email with the remaining invoices when they are ready. To help us complete the BAS on time, please also confirm whether any equipment was financed or purchased using a company credit card. If finance agreements exist, attach those documents with the register.
I will continue reviewing the documents already supplied and contact you if we identify any other gaps.

Hi Sarah,
We have uploaded the bank statements and sales invoices for the quarter. We are still collecting several purchase invoices from the operations team and expect to have them ready shortly. Could you please confirm whether the asset purchase register is required when there were only two small equipment purchases during the period?
I have attached our current invoice export for your review. The export includes the supplier name, invoice date, GST amount and payment reference. A few invoices are still missing because the relevant managers are away this week. We expect to provide those documents by Friday afternoon.
Please let us know if the current export is sufficient to begin your review or if you need copies of every original invoice before starting.
